Joshua keeps distance and tries to win a decision
If it is close then judges give it to him so trilogy takes place

Could be a stoppage, but I think this is Jab Jab move

Is Ruiz extra weight all tacos or is it part muscle? Will his speed be affected? His cardio?

Fight is in Saudi Arabia so that will factor in somehow I am sure.

Joshua takes him in 4 imo.

I think Ruiz has trained harder for this fight than any other fight he’s ever had. But the Joshua he faced last time thought he was fighting a bum.

Clearly Ruiz has fast, fast hands with concussive delivery. And can slip a punch. World class at that. But he was a stand in. Joshua, specimen that he is thought yeah, I just need to step inside the ropes and move on.

Now that Joshua has lasered in and takes him seriously it’s over probably before 4. But we’ll see.

But Joshua wins.

I doubt he gets more than a swipe this time.

I will call 4.

This ain't goin the distance
That is my gut instinct.

But something in me says Joshua will have some success, taste the counters, and then get a decision W as he plays it safe at range

hope your right...I hate HW decisions

Joshua knocked him out and thought yeah. I’m just going to be the janitor and sweep the room.

But he got tagged because he was lazy.

This won’t happen this time.

Ruiz has a ton of skill...gotta be careful.

Anthony has to be careful when he throws, has to keep his defense tight. Ruiz counters come in combos so the second or third punch is what he is setting up.

Joshua lost confidence, that is his only issue. He lost the first bout as much on shock as he did damage, he lost composure.

AJ will be 1000% focused on it this time...Physically superior and a chance to prove his mental toughness and grit.

Ruiz ate a few heavy shots and took it well...but he shouldn't make a habit about it, he will get knocked down repeatedly.

I love the storyline for this fight.

I think you have pretty much nailed it.

Better even than some professional commentators.

Ruiz isn’t a sponge. He has heart but I would say 3 or 4 serious Joshua punches does him. Bear in mind Joshua’s first glove floored him but it was when Joshua went in to finish the job he got tagged and his legs went. After that Ruiz took what? 3 4 other hits but didn’t really feel the polarity. Joshua wasn’t expecting a fight.

Ruiz was a monster. How he came back from that first punch is a testament to the rocky films.

Joshua accepts this now. And appreciated the lesson. Even if it hurt record.

And respect to him.

Ali was a two time.

Frank Bruno 2.0 plays it a bit more carefully this go round.

He learned to respect Ruiz the hardest way possible.

I think he will try to keep him at distance and pick his shots, when and if he hurts him, he wont be so reckless either.

Fury would make him look shit either way, and hes way too hittable for Wilder, chin is a bit too suspect aswell.

People are underestimating Ruiz because they underestimate his management. They knew what they had in a legit Mexican HW, and kept feeding him beatable opposition until the phone rang.

Collect the check and invoke rematch immediately, and picked a place Joshua has NO desire to fight, KSA.

Rather than do this fight in Mexico or England they BUILT an arena in suadi Arabia.

They could’ve made huge bank promoting this in either fighters country but chose to do this instead.

In my opinion that’s a set up for some weird, shady shit.
