No, they wouldn't.
Despite not having the original designs across the board, we don't know what these two Pakfa's have, and either one would likely take out an F-22.
They are far more maneuverable, and their platform is just as substantial as that of the U.S. presence, likely moreso.

Remember Turkish/U.S. forces downed a Frogfoot a couple weeks ago then mutilated the pilot.
The Russians Frogfoot is our A-10, only faster and less durable, but both are cockpits of titanium.
In other words, there was some other shit going on, these were not SAM's as reported unless supported by serious U.S. systems.
Russia reportedly deployed 4 more frogfoots(close air support), 4 SU-35's, their AWAC and the Pakfa's.
This tells you they aren't fucking around.
If an F-22 or F-35 intercepts an SU-35, they will lose in a dogfight to the SU-35.
If they try and take out the SU-35 from a distance, now we're getting a glimpse of what the Pakfa can do.
This is a plan stacked 3 high in the skies.
Close air support, superior dogfighters, and the newest multirole platform on earth.
How we respond will be very interesting, but I don't think the U.S.can handle a black eye right now, and both Trump and Putin know it.

soviets relied on german tech just as much as the americans did back in the 50's, 60's and 70's.. to imply any russian advancement is native especially when they relied on american corn to keep from starving and relied on military assistance to rebuild a working army after hitler kicked their asses during the early years of ww2 is completely disingenuous.

Only one that is close is eurofighter, which holds a solid victory but can't hold a candle now. Russia, despite thier innovation are a decade behind.

If an F-35 an Su-35 are in a dogfight, the ONLY chance the F-35 has is on the back of it's pilot.
The Su-35 is more maneuverable and will defeat it handily.

Likewise, if the F-35 was playing chicken from 100 miles away, the F-35 wins. It's advantages are from afar.
It's apples and oranges.

I don't know where you get this impression. You are insinuating they a su 35 would be able to defeat all USA airpower and all allied airpower like f35 did end route? We may as well melt down the aircraft if this is the case. F35 smoked the world at red flag. I don't think Russia was involved tho
