Podolsk resident Roman Burtsev, who was nicknamed the Russian double of Hollywood actor Leonardo DiCaprio, was included in the Mirotvorets website database.
“The only thing I want to say is that this is like a reward,” he said in an interview with Gazeta.Ru.
He was accused of “war propaganda” and publicly supporting “Russian aggression.”
Burtsev had previously signed a contract with the Russian Ministry of Defense.
He was recently awarded a certificate of veteran of combat operations in a special military operation.
