SC Capitol rioter who hurled objects at police gets nearly 4 years in prison
A Little River man who hurled a series of objects at police officers guarding the U.S. Capitol during the historic riot in 2021 will spend nearly four years in federal prison, a Washington, D.C., judge decided Jan. 26.

The ruling concludes the yearlong criminal case of Nicholas Languerand, a 26-year-old construction worker who bragged on Instagram about his role in the Jan. 6 violence and pledged to come back next time to overthrow the government with guns.

Did Ray Epps go on public record yet, or are we still going with the old "He'd have to tell us if he were a cop guys. I know the law." ?

Oh, Tucker Carlson tells you?

Well, that's that then. Settled. That guy is the gold standard for credible, non-biased, fact-based journalism. Certainly he's not one of these lying propagandists that would win a court case by having his lawyers successfully argue that "no reasonable viewer" would believe that he is "stating facts" as opposed to engaging in "exaggeration" and "non-literal commentary."

Lying, in other words.

The judge agreed. "Fox persuasively argues, that given Mr. Carlson's reputation, any reasonable viewer would 'arrive with an appropriate amount of skepticism' about the statement he makes."

What was that about fake news? Tell us more about how CNN are a bunch of liars, but you're too smart to fall for their bullshit agenda of getting you mad?

??
Carlson is an automatic embarrassment if you cite him... for any reason.

The 59 Republicans Who Joined Electoral Voter Fraud Scheme For Trump Could Face Prison

“I believe it’s critical that the federal government fully investigates and prosecutes any unlawful actions in furtherance of any seditious conspiracy,” said Josh Kaul, attorney general of Wisconsin, where 10 Republicans filed papers claiming to be the state’s electors even though Biden narrowly won there.

“This is a crime,” Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel told reporters earlier this month, adding that calling the elector slate “alternate” did a disservice and that it should be called a “false, counterfeit, fake slate of electors.”

QAnon believer from Sioux City becomes seventh Iowan charged in Capitol riot
Like fellow Iowan Doug Jensen of Des Moines, Rader appears to be a follower of the QAnon conspiracy theory, according to the FBI. In February and March of 2021, Rader updated the cover photo of his Facebook page to show a large letter Q or refer to "the Great Awakening," both common themes of QAnon.
