NAC 467.7962 Acts constituting fouls. (NRS 467.030)

10. Striking downward using the point of the elbow. All elbow strikes are legal except for an elbow that is thrown in a downward trajectory (hand traveling from 12 o’clock to 6 o’clock). Any elbow thrown with an arc is a legal elbow.

theres never been a head on angle of the "illegal" jj elbows, soive used what ive been given, as will his lawyers. theyll base their case on that arc. one thing i screwed up is they say its the HAND THAT MUST TRAVEL 12-6. i'll let the lawyers make those gifs.

this is about as close to an illegal 12-6 as i can find

i still hate that he said something like:

'i saw he was down, he started to come up, so i threw the knee thinking he was standing... but he wasn't by a long way. totally unintentional'

totally negligent, shamelessly gaining from it.

What I found telling was the visible relief you could see on his face when Smith didn't throw in the towel. He looked like a kid who raided the cookie jar, thought his parents were going to come down on him but instead the dog got blamed.
