It's cache, open the site in incognito or private mode and pretty much every ones will be blank except for mine since I use gravatar and those that didn't upload a custom avatar, it will just show the first letter of their s/n which is a stock option.
The headache is storage was offloaded to a third-party host and we don't have the credentials. I can disable it and everything should work fine. We can keep an eye on server storage and upgrade if we need to. Image uploads can be limited to like 10 MB.can post pics with a link, it's uploading that is an issue, which@Wild should get rid of honestly to lose that headache and storage for his hosting account.

I am still thinking the IP addresses that the hosting service blocked is causing the issue, it all went haywire when they did that. With all the different accounts with different hosting services I think they blocked one they shouldn't have. I will do some research later on their forums.
It's all for nothing if we can't access the storage admin panel. I doubt they'll let us claim the account without the original email address. Splinty offered me all this shit a few years back while I was in total family meltdown. If only I would have accepted...
