Gonzalez had a better career because he played twice as long. Gronk had better average stats per season.

Prime Gronk is probably the best TE I've ever seen.

This is a hard one for me. I think Tony was the better blocker of the two and more complete overall. Gronk was definitely the bigger weapon in the passing game though.

It'll be interesting to see how some of the newer TEs really stack up in a few years.
