if this was created on back of what he said on mic a couple days ago on CNN, it is taken out of context

he highly disagrees with Trump continulyl condemning all media as fake. but he doesnt think trump is or wants to be a dictator

"In other words, a consolidation of power," McCain told "Meet the Press" host Chuck Todd from Munich. "When you look at history, the first thing that dictators do is shut down the press. And I'm not saying that President Trump is trying to be a dictator. I'm just saying we need to learn the lessons of history."

this one was funny, sunce he was getting interviewed by cnn. (i voted for mccain btw) "I hate the press. I hate you, especially," he said to Todd, who laughed. "But the fact is, we need you. We need a free press. We must have it. It's vital."

President Trump’s administration hints at ‘greater enforcement’ of marijuana laws

He was careful to distinguish between use of medical marijuana and recreational marijuana. President Donald Trump, he said, understood that marijuana could help ease suffering for patients with terminal illnesses.

President Trump took varying positions on marijuana during his campaign for president. He said during remarks in June 2015 that legal recreational use was “bad,” adding he felt “strongly about it.”

But later that year he suggested the issue should be decided by individual states and not by the federal government.

“In terms of marijuana and legalization, I think that should be a state issue, state-by-state,” he said in Nevada in October 2015.

This is part of the reason I don't look to start Dr. Splinty weed edibles.
I could make a fortune. But I'd risk my DEA license as well as the possibility the federal government would eventually enforce the existing laws.

The right way for legalization is through Congress.
I agree completely but it doesn't seem like Congress does anything productive anymore. I'm guessing we can count on one finger or less how many times Trump has actually met with congress on his agenda.

Which would seem to indicate it needs to be removed from the the "Schedule" altogether. All he needs is one more executive order, I think.
