I should add... I don't think that he was even thinking about the guy's disability when he decided to mock him. I'm still shocked that those actions didn't carry more of a penalty in this day of cancel culture where even some conservatives get really offended by making fun of disabled/handicapped people.

Disagree with that. Debunked has a very different meaning to me. As in, "he wasn't acting like a dipshit and here's the proof." Not "He wasn't being exceptionally malicious this time because he always acts like a dipshit."
