“You take a shower, the water doesn’t come out, you wanna wash your hands, the water doeszzent [sic] come out, so what do you do, you just stand there longer? because I don’t know about you, but my hair has to be perfect. Dishwashers. You didn’t have any water so the people that do the dishes, you press it, and it goes again, and you do it again, and again so you might as well give them the water because you’ll end up using less water, so we made it so dishwashers now have…a lot more water, and in many places, in most places in the country, water’s not a problem, they don’t even know what to do with it. It’s called RAIN.”

Hoestly, Thuglife13 @Thuglife13 how do you feel when you see stuff like this? Because when I saw the tweet that you posted about wars, and Trump not having started any it actually gave me pause for thought. You you see stuff like this does it make you think at all, or do you push it aside and just think 'Democrats would have been worse.'

Memes aside, I'm seriously interested to know how others feel when bad numbers are put out there regarding 'their side'.
Trump is hardly "my side", but most of those figures are a direct result of the pandemic. The economy was absolutely killing it before the shutdowns.

This is where I think he Is becoming seriously undone. He pinned EVERYTHING on the economy. A lot of his supporters would fall back on that even when they were getting pissed off with him. Now, because of his poor handling of the pandemic America is going to suffer far more than it needed to. I’m currently living in Thailand, and the ruling party here leaves a lot to be desired, but there is no denying that they have dealt with the lockdown really well. You can try and argue that it is because there is not enough testing here, but in reality I literally don’t know anyone here who has come close to having COVID-19. In the province I live in there have only been 4 known cases, and they were all in March.

So when you combine Trump’s divisive nature, and combine it with the fact that he has demonstrably handed the COVID-19 situation badly, which has then destroyed the economy, those are the reasons I currently think he is likely to lose in November. However, November is still a politically long time away, so things can definitely change.

Yup, been here for about four years now. Met up with Galt (or whatever other names he’s known by here) when I first arrived. He pulled a knife on me and everything, but we’re still good. ?
What made you pick thailand?
How is Galt? I hope he is doing well and staying out of trouble.

I wanted to be an English teacher in SE Asia. Originally Thailand was going to be a six month stop off where I would do a TEFL and get some experience and then go to Japan. Never ended up making it to Japan as I ended up enjoying myself over here.

As for Galt, I’m now about 10 hours away from Bangkok, so I haven’t met with him since, but I keep up with his antics over at MasatoToys forum. He seems to be doing okay, but let’s face it trouble is never far away for him. ?

Currently I’m in Mukdahan province, right on the border with Laos. How about you?
Oh I'm in the US now, but was born in Bangkok. Haven't been back since I was a child, though.
