Russia’s three spy agencies were ordered to find practical ways to support Trump, in a decree appearing to bear Putin’s signature.

As a guy who grew up in the seventies, I was appalled after Trump was elected and his minions fell in love with everything Russia. It was especially disturbing because it was clear Russia was working against our National interests and actively trying to undermine our democracy. I personally don't in the least bit buy the "not State directed, private uncontrollable hackers" explanation.It's not good, but it's not really new.
