About to go fishing with the most confidence I’ve ever had. I’ve fished this lake 4 times and have been skunked everytime. However last time I was here, I met this crusty old pot smoker who has fished this lake since the mid 70s. He mapped out the deep spots on the lake and even gave me a spot two boat lengths off the island that is “hot”. He says he’s been catching huge large mouth bass, and walleye at this spot. He even told me the lure he is using.
I bought the lure.
And I bought an anchor so I can set up shop.
I’m also going to be using this dynamite little lure I got in one of
@ThatOneDude ‘s mystery tackle box.
