Nice. Mine are orange.This is one of the rose bushes I planted for my wife for her first mothers day. I think it's pretty great and it's outdoors, so I hope it counts.

Watched a fawn struggle to take its first steps today. Pretty cool. It didn't have a clue what it was doing.
It made it about 30 feet before it was like "Fuck this shit I'm laying back down"
I didn't see it when I was mowing and must have got a little too close for his comfort. Fuckers are hard to see when they are bedded down. I got within 3 feet of it and never saw it. It didn't move until I was about 20 yards away.

Had an awesome time outside. Took my son to run the flooded timber, show him the beaver hut, capped off by ducks stopping by the house.

It's Spring. I like flowers. Way better than the sand, meth and stripper cooterjuice in Florida.

Assuming your hands are as huge as mine, that bluegill is damn near big enough to pan fry.
The large mouth needs another season or two.

My wife and I took off Friday to go fishing while the boy is at daycare, he's still too young for a fishing trip. We ordered a top for the boat so we will finally have some shade which will be really nice in Texas. Pic's to come Friday!

I catch and release in our the lake. We go out to the Atchafalaya Basin when we want to catch to eat. Tons of sac-a-lais (crappie) and bass spots we know for various conditions. My family has been fishing that since before they built the 18-mile bridge through it for I-10.
