Yeah. They will take that meme at face value because it suites their political bias. No further information needed. It’s not trump so it must be good. You have to remember these people aren’t wired to think logically. It is with emotion that their decision making is done. Trump made them feel a certain way so all of it must be bad. The same goes for the opposite. Biden doesn’t hurt their feelings so it must be good.

I was like you where I thought people can’t be this dumb. Half the time I see people saying outrageous stuff on the internet, the shred of optimism I have left tells me it’s a troll or a bot. This is not the case. I have an in law that is full left and deeply offended by everything. They’re warped.
