I never played it on PS3. Got it free with my PS4 and it's the best looking game I think I ever played. Apparently they threw in a bunch of shit you do with Ellie but I don't know.

Ellie's fall to the dark side after Joel constantly tried to keep her hands clean was the biggest heartbreaker. The script and voice acting was so so so good.
What's left behind?
It's a DLC that came with the main story game I bought for ps4. Sort of an addendum side story unrelated to Joel and Ellie I'm guessing. Still didn't get to start it.
It's a side story where you play as Ellie. It was released as DLC for the game on ps3.
I remember now I played it. It came with the remastered version
