First off. I wouldn't put too much trust in israeli propaganda such as breitbart.
Second. If you do take the news at face value does that mean the children are not starving?
Last but not least, rickets. Rickets can be caused my malnourishment (aka starving) so even if they have a precondition of rickets they probably got it from being starved.

I forgot how old she was but had to have been at least in her 70's and was legally blind. Came home a couple hours later with her renewed drivers license.
