I don’t think the Pitt offense is good enough to come back, unfortunately. I didn’t like them going to Wilson, when he got healthy. Felt like Fields opened up the offense more.

The offense was much more diverse when the Steelers were playing 2nd tier teams with Russell. They just aren’t a high level team with either guy.

The O line peaked around the Commanders game. They were able to let the 5 guys and occasionally a TE handle pressure. This opened up the options. Now it’s a jailbreak and they can’t run block either.

even after investing first round picks the last two years they still have a deficient o line.
