No, he got sick over the winter which exacerbated an existing heart condition and as a result has been off of the WWE for most of this year. He had a doctor recommended defibrillator that he wasn't wearing at the time. He was in the hospital for his heart problem that week and was literally at the doctor earlier that day for his heart condition. Him having a heart attack was neither "sudden" nor "unexpected".
What it is, is tragic. Dude leaves 4 kids without a father, don't drag him into this without any facts.
