I have a small yet growing hole on the top of my left hand. Said hand is swollen up to and including my wrist, and now starting to bruise on my knuckles. This is problematic as I am ambidextrous, but jerk off left handed solely. Should I go to a doctor, or just man up keep my hand soaked in peroxide and not be a bitch?
