Dont know if its staph or not, but I've kept my hand soaked in Epsom salt water and washed almost hourly with hydrogen peroxide. Still isnt perfect, but it's better than it was 48 hours ago. Still swollen, still slightly discolored, but it will be what it is. I'm keeping an eye on my arms making sure I dont show red lines of infection, but I think, and hope, I am past that.
