Poor dude is obviously mentally challenged. I know a guy who’s my age, known him since first grade in ‘65. He mentally never developed past about 12 years of age, but is kind of a savant about building sound systems out if junk parts that are loud as hell with no distortion. He has always been influenced by action movies. When Billy Jack came out he started dressing like Billy Jack and telling people he would kick them the head. When Walking Tall (original) came out he started carrying a big-ass stick around. For about the past 15 years or so he’s gone around in camo fatigues saying he’s a SEAL. He literally doesn’t know any better. However, unlike this guy, he speaks clearly and someone who doesn’t know him could easily take him seriously, at least as a poser rather than as someone who is simply retarded.
