This may be a dumb question.

Ok, then I was absolutely wrong. I was thinking a $250,000 or more cash. The $250k is basically worthless so basically he got $25k the site. That's a bit shocking.

Yeah, my message to kirik

Do you want to be a fucking fighter? These are the morans that bought it from Australia

They want $1200 for a 10 week camp... fuck that.

They should have already been delisted by NYSE for falling under $1/share. It keeps spiking just above $1 every couple months. Bet they're in denial and pulling any strings they can to keep the operation going. Been there with a private company before. Not a fun spot to be in.

Easily the best deal Kirik will ever make. The site was winding down anyhow. He was tired of it and the fact someone wanted to actually buy it was a gift from god. Had Alta done any sort of research before buying, they would have seen how bad of a deal was for them. Doesn't really matter what they paid, they over paid.

The Underground and OG were special because they didn't tone policed every post. Once that was done with so was the site. Obviously the owners didn't understand that. The thing they also didn't understand is that it was the members who made that site special not the other way around.
It was the url that had value, the name mixedmartialarts.com.
thats what they wanted.

I know @rmenergy was also.
I'm sitting/procrastinating on what I want to do. I've spoken to one forum member here about it through PM's & another couple former OG'ers in person that have differing positions/opinions. I still have time to finish the cases (yes, multiple) if I so choose. I'll win easily, that's a given. It's the post courtroom part that's going to be an even larger pain to deal with. Battles & wars.

What are you suing for if you don't mind me asking? I assume doxing and suing for future damages? But I'm like 0/100 in guessing today.

No. The way CA has the laws on this setup I can only do multiple (4-5) separate small claims court cases unless I've had verified harm done against me by way of the doxxing. There's no enforceable way to collect on small claims court so I'd then have to research & place leans on company & personal property. That's going to require me traveling across the country to show up to 4-5 separate cases. I've already spent 4 figures out of my pocket as well as legal coverage from a legal insurance I have through work (covered about 10hrs). I'm at the point of, do I want to spend another 10-15k to have the leans researched, placed, challenged, etc... or have I already been a large enough thorn in their side. The lean wouldn't do much until they attempted to refi or sell the property so what would the actual ROI be? Just debating the issue at this point.

That makes sense.
