I've seen that look before, that could have turned very ugly very quickly, just like the incident they are protesting over.
But as long as they are legally exercising their rights, she wasn't, good on them.

don't I know it. some people have a firearm like it's a magical talisman, a security blanket. But then they get stuck in a spot where they're told 'people are going to be trying to kill you, kill them back' and their emotions go like a tornado.
But if that was my neighborhood, I'd be out on the front lawn offering lemonade and snacks.
I'd be out there enjoying the show, with my own arsenal, smiling and waving. I love seeing historically marginalized communities and immigrants exercising their 2nd Amendment rights, it's part of what makes US better than everyone else.

Looks like the mcmichaels having "immediate knowledge" is more plausible. Could see the neighbor calling police and possibly the unoccupied dwelling from the driveway
I think it's pretty telling that the home owners have flat out said they would not have wanted the vigilante response, seems not all the neighbors like what the redneck batman and robin did.
I think it's also telling that the gentleman in the video also experienced the same things I did when my house was being built. This isn't uncommon to check out houses being built.
His comparison to CHL laws is pretty good.
That 911 call is pretty damning for the redneck batman and robin, imo
Homeowner states NADA has been taken from the house, no felony committed, batman and robin fucked up
This case is really causing a tug of war between my heart and brain.
My heart says, CHOOT EM. My brain says this is a sad pathetic attempt by redneck batman and robin to relive the glory years, and they killed someone whom should not have been killed.

In their own statements they state that they took off after him because they saw him running down the street past their house and he looked like a guy on a video they saw before. That's their own words and their own reasoning for going after him. If they saw a neighbor calling 911 and anything else going on whatsoever, don't you think they would have mentioned that?

I only seen bits and pieces. Lots of video has been held back. But I would be willing to bet they get off the murder charges. Maybe the son does 5 for manslaughter if they really try to limit rioting
