Thank you sir I consider myself a film maker/journalistI absolutely love Bobby's work.. I have watched pretty much everything he's done.
My favorite are his History of MMA series (which I hope comes out in full) but even more so, the feature he did with John Perretti (former UFC match maker, founder of Extreme Fighting, Gene LeBell student). Perretti is a polarizing figure and I always liked listening to his perspective. EF was such an important org in MMA history.. They were WAY more like modern MMA than the UFC was at the time... on top of that, he tried to actually put on well matched fights.
He's one of those forgotten figures, a guy who will never get recognition or his just due nd it's sad, because he was a key figure in the sport's history and development. Plus he's one of those dudes with really strong opinions who I can listen to for a long time. Obviously anyone looking into the history of thew sport will learn about him, but word.
Anyone who wants to watch a fascinating piece on a lost, and perhaps forgotten era, really should check this out. Perfect example of Bobby's talents and style, and the content is must see. It'd be awesome if he could join up here.
thanks for the plug, check is in the mailHoping he'll show up here in our community.
Dude provides great vids for us MMA fans!
