Nailed it. She's very self-absorbed, probably thinking about herself all day, as in, how the world affects her, and not the other way around. As for attractiveness, she looks her age I guess, no real striking features of beauty. Maybe a little tubby even.

I want to say, good for her to be confident, but you are right, delusional is a better word. Will miss out on a lot of good guys.
