I extend future blessings to you and your family as well.
Here is the thing though. I've worked in TV news rooms since about 1994. I have a bit of experience in this. I've seen mistakes, I've seen sloppy journalism, I've seen wrong pictures used. But I've never seen an agenda pushed. I've never seen propaganda per se. I have seen biased reporting during the second gulf war. War will do that to a correspondent in the field. They go native when they are embedded with the troops.
But what you are alluding to is a huge conspiracy. It would be nigh on impossible to construct and take people of all levels to accomplish this.
Some people may have an agenda. Some people may continually present in a certain way but they are quickly found out. There was a chap who edited the ten o'clock news on the BBC. Craig Oliver. He was useless. He had a right wing agenda but he was impotent at trying to set an agenda because the BBC is impartial. Too many people to stop him. He ended up as David Cameron's spin doctor who made him a knight.
The majority of journalists won't work for a news channel with a direct agenda. I can tell you all the news channels that are dodgy. And thankfully it isn't that many.

The Loudest Voice (TV Mini-Series 2019) - IMDb
It's a drama but the facts are there.
I'm not saying things are perfect. But when the powerful and rich point and tell you to look this way. It's probably better to look the other way.
