Who knows what rebuilding Gaza means. You could do it at zero cost to public (give contracts to American developers, let them build at their cost and sell for market value, etc) . At least wait until you have some details there.

Jim Biden made millions in rebuild contracts in Afghanistan, Haliburton made billions in Iraq blowing it up and then rebuilding.
Its one of the older ways to transfer taxpayers $ into private hands.
