DC is a beast ....but those guys (AKA) are tightly connected to Victor Conte and Team "SNAC" ....

Conte has gone on record stating many martial artists he works with are on some sort of gear and is non detectable ...

My man, that steak I just ate was really good! I boiled some fresh spinnach and ricotta ravioli and threw it in the pan after the steak and mushrooms and opnions were done, along with some alfredo sauce, and that pasta and sauce mixed in with all that glorious residue from the steak etc........threw it on the plate beside the steak and FUCK........somebody with a restaurant needs to call me right now before I forget exactly what I did, because I really am drunk despite carefully tsking the steps to be sure there are no typos in my posts!

Great to hear
cast Iron is pretty sweet and can be a one meal in one pot thing...takes little longer to clean and season with oil but so good

We’re going to need pics in the “What are you cooking” thread next time, asshole.

Here's the thing. DC's gameplans revolve around his threat of taking people down. This isn't a well guarded secret. The main reason his striking is as effective as it is, is because when guys go into the clinch with him they're preoccupied by his takedowns and don't watch for his dirty boxing. We've seen what happens when DC fights someone not at all worried about his wrestling, and it didn't go well for him.

None of this is to say that there isn't any way that DC can take Brock down, but I have no reason to believe Brock would be afraid of his wrestling, or even that he has a wrestling advantage. DC's wrestling is a higher level than Brock's but the size and strength he'll be giving up will throw a lot of that out the window. Those takedowns he landed tonight on Lewis flat out aren't going to work on Brock.
You talk about a lot and you know very little. Shut up.

You are not a clever man.
