Damn this peppers look great, I won't really have peppers for 4 weeks or more

I am making Lamb Kebabs, 5+ lbs of lamb leg marinated in garlic, big crystal salt, olive oil/avocado oil, rosemary fresh, black pepper and aleppo pepper(from last year's garden)...I get cheap and excellent lamb here

What is aleppo? I"m not familiar with it.

I yanked my first serrano pepper today and should have a flush by the end of the week. I over wintered my pepper plants and was hoping for massive early harvests, but it didn't work out that way...

Serrano is between jalapeño and habanero usually
Aleppo is kind of oily and makes one of the best red pepper flakes
I have 4 going that I grew off the seeds from a pepper in last years harvest, hope I get a decent yield
