Still hard to believe Cowboy is retired. I’m pretty strict on my criteria for the HOF but despite never wearing UFC gold or being considered the best in any division he fought in, he set himself apart in his generation by living the anyone, any place, anytime attitude. His # wins and performance bonuses are all the numbers needed to justify his placement; his attitude was just a bonus.
