No and no. It's a weekend getaway, imo, not a place you'd want to spend a week or two in. Prices are all over the board depending upon what you're looking for. Stay on the strip and it's more expensive, just off the strip, or in old Las Vegas and it's much cheaper. It's a city with the absolute best and absolute worst. Pick your poison.
