that last time I stayed at a motel 6 I'm pretty sure the guys staying in the next room were either selling guns or drugs and someone could have easily gotten into my room if they want to rob me.

Not a lot of people realize that Branch gave up a job as commisioner of the Canadian Hockey League to pursue his dream in the cage. Did he fight yet?

I like Serra, but an 11-7 record is not Hall of Fame material unless winning the title gets you in.
The problem is that they made Bonnar the standard - anyone can be justified if he is in there.

I don't like Serra and I wouldn't have him in the Hall of Fame either, but it's close. He was champ and either beat or arguably beat 3 ATGs in GSP, BJ and Hughes. He also won a TUF tournament that actually mattered.

Though I agree, record in general shouldn't matter. Randy had a record of 19-11 and he is hof material.
This is why. Accomplishments.
During his tenures in the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), Couture became a three-time UFC Heavyweight Champion, two-time UFC Light Heavyweight Champion, an interim UFC Light Heavyweight Champion and the UFC 13 Heavyweight Tournament Winner.[1] Couture is the first of only four fighters to hold two UFC championship titles in two different divisions (along with B.J. Penn, Conor McGregor and Georges St. Pierre).

Couture has competed in a record 16 title fights. He holds the record for the most wins in UFC Heavyweight Championship bouts (6). He holds the most title reigns in the UFC with six. His last fight with Lyoto Machida marked his 24th fight in the UFC, the tenth largest number of fights in the UFC (Michael Bisping, Frank Mir, and Tito Ortiz are tied for first with 27). Couture is the fourth member of the UFC Hall of Fame. He is the only person over the age of 40 to have won a UFC championship fight, having done so four times. Couture has also been one of the few MMA champions to have recovered a title he had previously lost, and is the only fighter to have achieved it three times (twice at Heavyweight, once at Light Heavyweight).

Aljo is not exciting unless he's getting brutally KO'd
