Thoughts on Gunnie vs Holland?

If Gunnie has good karate, but it hasn't translated well in the UFC. His BJJ is excellent, but he doesn't have the best takedowns. I see Kevin with a large advantage in striking, and his ground work isn't bad.

If the fight goes to the ground, I've got Gunnie. If it a standup fight, I've got Kevin all the way. The fight starts on the feet. I'm surprised Gunnie is the favorite.

The Brazilian take round 1 by dropping the Euro multiple times, but it's still anyone's fight. The Euro is still in the engaging.

Another round for the Brazilian. He's proving to be the technically superior striker. The Euro is unfortunately showing that he's very tough. He's a good striker, but he's in there with a better one.

I'll give round one to the Brit, but I could see it going either way. The mick seemed to do better as the round went on.

I've got round three going to the mick via superior wrestling for a 29-28 win for the Brit. It all depends on how round one was scored.

The first one was probably the best so far. That or the little bit of the women's fight that I saw which was the end.
