What's wild to me is that he would actually say that. If I was working with (client or whatever) the company he's working for I would terminate any contracts with them after their employee made a statement like that publicly. That's beyond fucked up.
Hopefully he gets fired.
Ok, maybe the POS didn't deserve to be murdered on the street, but he sure as hell deserved life in prison.

I was reading an article earlier today where one of the customer service people was saying for the first few months they don't get taught how to deal with claims, they focus entirely on getting people off the phone.
