Well, when an assault takes place in the US, that's generally where the evidence and arguments are deciphered. I'm allowed to interject my own thoughts and opinion in to discussions last I checked.

You were stating that events were unsure because the witness account changed. I said that the guy was definitely slammed. That was based on my interpretation of the audio and the witness account. That's it. At no point had the legal system been mentioned.

You do not know if this reporter was slammed by audio alone. When you piece the audio with the original eyewitness statement, it appears more likely...but when the eyewitness begins walking back details, it clearly becomes more convoluted. I never said he wasn't slammed, as there is not enough reasonable evidence to make such a positive statement one way or another. You're clearly making these determinations with either emotion or a preconceived bias, not based in evidentiary observation. I'm not going to continue to debate this silliness.
