The economy was great back then even on it's worst day , unless you wanted to live beyond your means buying shit like brand new microwave ovens 😀.
Things like a loaf of bread haven't increased by fuck all in decades. The cost of computers and TV's have dropped. Air conditioning is not a luxury anymore. Bit when the cost of the cheapest house you can fimdis the better part of a million dollars when it used be the cost of 2 years wages for a public servant like a school teacher 30 years ago .
Then none of that shit matters. Thease kids will be in debt for their entire life. Worse than thay it will take them 2/3 of ther life to even put themselves in a position to save enough money to be eligible for the shithole scam being run.
There's a reason why Christians and Muslims were fully against usury.
