General Watching Cheers for the first time. Post more 80s sitcoms

Every scene with this guy has me rolling. I only know him from Curb your Enthusiasm as an annoying blind guy. I think he likes Roz cause she could easily play a Star Trek babe.
 
I remember Coach with Craig T Nelson being decent. Drew Carey Show and Rosanne were good, although creeping into the 90’s. 227 and Amen were also decent.

Jackee’ from 227 is on Days of Our Lives. She’s the current mayor of the fictional Chicago suburb where the show is set and, as an inside joke, her character until recently lived in an apartment numbered 227.
 
What the heck is a night court? I dont think we have those in Texas. We have to wait for the judge to get here next morning and if weekend till Monday.

Also, seems he is a hip new judge that uses unorthodox methods in his cases. He just Good will Hunting'd Michael J Fox.
