This is huge, I would add fasting as well to help with inflammation. I thought I was going to need rotator cuff surgery before I started my fasting routine. It would wake me up at night if I rolled over wrong. Haven't had a single feeling of impingement since I started adding fasting.Ketosis/intermittent fasting, Low carb, or OMAD.
