Why is this such a concern? I can understand coke in a way but is weed performance enhancing or otherwise benefiting the user? Or is it a problem because it's just illegal.

Im sure they think it gives some sort of advantage, if not they would fine for out of competition but dont have it listed as banned then.

I think it been answered as just a concern for the fighters health and safety. If you have cancer, MS or many other ailments its prescribed but if you fight for a living its not allowed, got it.
