I went to the range today and put 200 rounds through it with no issues. My Wilson Combat and Springfield magazines fed just fine and there were no issues with the slide not locking after the last round (some have reported that with off brand mags). All in all I'm really happy. I brought the TRP along since it hasn't seen the range in a minute. I finished doing the dirty and have everything put back together for another day.
Has your thumb caught the rear serrations on the slide when it's cycling? I ride the safety with my thumb on 1911's and on the first round some of my skin caught it and was grated like cheese, lol. Lesson learned.Have one myself, wife bought it for me years ago for x-mas along with an RIA
No, never had that issue. Now I'm going to be freaked out next time I shoot it lol.
Finally received the optic for my Howa M1500 300 win mag. Went with the Arken EPL-4 6-24X50 and their Halo Rings, then bought a Warne pic rail since the fucker didn't come with one to mount the optic. Got everything installed tonight and I think this thing is going to be tits.
How's are fucking great rifles. So are the Weatherby Vanguards, which are just rebranded Howa's.

I picked up this midget about 2 months ago and finally brought it to the range today. Absolutely love it, but the magazines are so tight that I could manually only load 4-5 rounds into them (10 round mags). Thumb is still sore as fuck. It isn't a one off mag, it was all 5. Anyone else have this issue with the p365? Never had mags this tight EVER, almost a really mean joke.
That, with the 12-round mags has been my daily carry for a 2-3 years. I've never run into that issue loading the mags, but I'm not a gay.

I know the mags will loosen up, but right out the box it's amazing how tight they are. After posting I did an internet search and sure enough it isn't just me.
