(1)When the person was outside of their residence and knew that using force likely to cause death or great bodily injury could have been avoided with complete safety by retreating.

(2)When the person used more force than was reasonably necessary to defend against a danger.
"The man broke into my house and I was afraid for my life"

Case closed.

If you're shooting at people outside your house, you're probably a fucking moron.

I just installed a new magazine kit and floorplate on my M1500. This increases the previous stock capacity from 3 to 5, plus gives me the quick reloading benefit of a magazine as opposed to internal reloading. Stupid fast install.

That's a ridiculous price for even cheap plastic guns. A 1911 under $300? Wow. Wouldn't trust it, don't want it, but fuck is that cheap.

I saw that post too and completely wanted it, but after finding out it was a muzzle loader, I didn't want anything to do with it. I went down a rabbit hole a while back when I saw a really sweet double barrel pistol, and the loading process just isn't worth it for the novelty. Would be cool to display on a wall I suppose.

I was just looking for it and it turns out it's the same manufacturer. You can see them in various sizes and colors on their products page.

Turner's is having their spring sale right now and there are a few standout ridiculous deals is anyone is interested:
P2000sk in .40 with LEM trigger (best trigger this model offers imo) $400, or in 9mm for $450

Kimber Raptor II (blued finish) $1,300 - I'd link it, but the website is only showing the stainless version right now. Maybe that is an in-store only deal? Either way, that's a really low price on a great 1911.
