I used hickory nuts to smoke the deer ham, then it was chunk/shredded.
I grew ingredients, all heirloom tomatoes, paste, and sun-dried tomatoes.
Wild garlic onion & chives.
Pickled cayenne peppers, and dried cayenne powder.
Pink Himalayan salt, cumin, chili powder, wild honeycomb drizzle.
I used some smoked pinto beans, dark & light red kidney beans.
A little minced garlic.

Fresh Arugula, cilantro, pickled cayenne peppers, sun-dried tomatoes, cheddar & sour cream garnishes.

No cheese, sour cream and jalapenos on your chili? But you garnish with cilantro? I don't even know you anymore.
I ALLOW garnishes by others & provide.
I PERSONALLY do not garnish trophy-level chili at all.
Chili of trophy status should not require garnish or it's an abomination.
In such cases, fresh green onion would be first, sour cream & cheese 2nd & 3rd.
I don't know if I've ever put cilantro or arugula on my chili, but it's probably not bad & was garden fresh.
