It's the second left hook, when they clinch up. After the first left hook the other guy is still hitting. Then he gets in a left right and THEN he loses grip and falls flat.

This makes sense. The guys in the last video were a bit too ethical for it to be true to be honest. As fast as someone got knocked out, the fight was stopped. Almost like a professional bout.
