If you want a no hassle marinade get tampico and chef marito's red fajita seasoning. You can substitute orange juice or lemonade for the tampico if you want. Add additional spices if you want or mix various juices, but for balling on a budget, nothing beats it. Great on beef or chicken.

@Mutant I want your advice on a bottle of tequila. I saved a screenshot from a convo between us from August '24 and just wanted to follow-up.

I have a promotion coming to me soon, and I want to celebrate with some SRF American Wagyu ribeye and a bottle of tequila. Based on price/availability, I am leaning towards a bottle of tears of Llorona

First, do you recommend anything over that at the same price? My local Costco carries so it is relatively reasonably priced. Second, I have no experience with tequila at this level, or even close. Do I drink it like scotch?

Tears is a great tequila you can't go wrong with it plus it's a liter bottle. Last bottle i got at Costco was $199 a few years ago. Which was an incredible price. If there plate other bottles they care I can critic them for you.

I drink my tequila neat in a Glen Cairn. I also use Riedel they are the preferred first tequila.

I've heard it's really good from a few people, but never watched it. It's shown on commie networks that I don't subscribe to, so I won't be seeing it anytime soon. Mattie Matheson is one of the actors. No idea if he's hilarious like he normally is, or is just a secondary actor in the background. The people that told me about the show don't have any idea who Mattie is.

It's 100% solid. Just find an online stream which takes seconds to find cuz fuck those commies...
