It's my Birthday today, so Mrs. Beard and I are going over to have a family birthday dinner with Mama and Papa Beard. Brother Beard, Sister in-law beard, and little 2 1/2 year old nephew beard will also be in attendance.
We will be having these:
Meatball sandwiches from the Prescott Hotel in Little Italy. I've eaten a lot of meatball sangwiches in my day, and nothing touches these.

The other thing that they piss me off with is this ethnic cuisine "inspired " fusion bullshit. I read one tip that called for making Pho with left over roast beef, stupid putrid scumbag cunts.
I wouldn't call it that. I used to follow the paleo diet and I'd say that really helped me understand proper foods to eat. Diets that work are basically the same in my opinion, no processed garbage. If you eat whole, natural foods you will lose weight and be healthy.
