Between Section 8 housing, EBT/SNAP, Medicare/Medicaid, black only grants & scholarships, DEI programs, cost of housing them in the prison system & providing public defenders, cost associated w/ the court system & judges to hear their cases, etc, etc...we (the tax payer) have spent trillions on the black 'community' over the past however many decades.

Has it made it a dent? Have they used all of this financial assistance to advance their culture? Or simply used it as a means to not work, not advance, and leech off of the system?
