The first one over here we call "velveeta".
The second comes in a red wrapper whose American name is "gubment".

No particular order asiago, Grana padano, baked brie maybe with some cranberries and walnuts, a nice creamy havarti, pecorino, gruyere, proper made salty mozzarella and a nice sharp cheddar.
