Yes, it is inclusive, that's the point. It has to do with what you get just for being white.
White privilege has to do with the fact that systemically, things are enacted that benefit whites.
When talking population, what matters is the general trend. Pointing out exceptions doesn't change the trend.

In the mean time SYSTEMICALLY blacks get arrested, prosecuted, and longer sentences than whites. SAME CRIMES.

So do you feel that you benifited from being white or did you work hard to get where you are at? Having a rich white daddy is not white privilege, it just means someone in your family worked their asses off at some point to give their family a better life. Anyone of any race or nationality can acheive that in this country.

Tiger Woods or the Williams sisters didnt come from old money but their family pushed them to be the best at something to improve their situation. Anyone can do that, it doesnt apply to only sports. Most millionaires are self made and no one is stopping anyone with enough will from acheiving that.

Is it legal policy or the fact your family helps you get a better lawyer or you work your ass off to get one yourself? That same principle applies to jail time. I know 2 white women with same crime, same city, same judge. One hired a attorney and one had public defender. Guess which one got slapped on hand and which one got jail time? I grew up broke as fuck but still benefited from being white. The data Splinty referenced is just the tip of the iceberg. There's a ton of evidence that being perceived as white will result in better treatment on average. (To cite another example, in my city, black people are 8 times more likely to be stopped by the police than white people when both groups are doing nothing illegal.) Compounded over a lifetime of social interactions, white privilege absolutely is a thing. I'm not saying that white people should feel guilty about it, but if you ignore the data and insist that it doesn't exist, then I guess you should go ahead and check yourself before you wreck yourself...or something like that.

Well I haven't watched the video in ages Vutu, but basically the northern European peoples today descend primarily from ancient pre-Indo European hunter gatherer peoples who were conquered by sophisticated Indo European horse driven chariot warrior cultures who imparted their languages on the conquered indigenous populations and set up a landed aristocracy where the hunter gatherers were peasant serfs.
