Ron DeSantis IS on the list because even though he said he has no interest, he IS a politician. He is also on the list because Trump is transactional.
Tulsi isn't on the list because she's a turncoat democrat, who is still a democrat, so there is zero chance she'd be picked.
Nikki Haley isn't on the list for the obvious reasons.
Vivek Ramaswami isn't on the list because multiple sources already said he was out of the running, but would have a cabinet seat.
