Here are the top 10 PPV draws in my best guess

1.Conor, you are lucky if he fights once a year now
2.Nate, ditto
3.Bisping, on the way out
4.Cormier, still on to of his game but says he will retire in the next year
5.Stipe, the first somewhat active guy on this list but WME has no ability to market him
6.Holloway, great fighter again not properly marketed by WME
7.Cyborg, queen of the squash matches
8.Hunt, but getting close to not being relavant as a top fighter
9.Mighty Mouse, has to piss and moan to get any marketing or respect from WME
10.Khabib, hoping to see him fight more often

Look at that list, not a good look for WME, filled with guys on their way out or guys that are great that WME has no ability to promote

GSP might come back but at most its for 1 fight. The only 2 other guys that could move onto the list woud be Nick if he wants to fight and Jones if he is allowed back relatively soon.

What is the score comprised of, I looked and couldn't find clarification on what it is and how they calculated it. Money? PPV buys?
Mate, don't question it - it has Darren Elkins listed as a bigger draw than Stipe, Chael Sonnen, Anderson SIlva, Eddie Alvarez, Overeem, Cody Garbrandt, Robert Whittaker, Tony Ferguson, Khabib, Tito Ortiz Mark Hunt, Wonderboy, Luke Rockhold, Rumble Johnson, Vitor Belfort, Amanda Nunes, Frankie Edgar, Sage Northcutt, Anthony Pettis, and many more - so we know the method is foolproof.

These lists are terrible. Jose Aldo was part of some of the lowest selling PPV in his prime. He has never been a draw.
Anderson was only able to be a PPV seller when he tangled with Chael. Before that, his numbers were low.
Cyborg just headlined a PPV with 200K buys
Frankie is a forum favorite, but he can't carry a PPV.

Brock, Conor, Ronda, JBJ are all out of the picture.

The answer is: nobody. Maybe DC, but nobody else. Stipe-N'gannou should have been the next Lesnar-Carwin, but the Hollywood Fanooks don't know how to promote an event to save their lives.

Those 2 Conor Clones from SBGi could eventually become stars, Khabib has potential.

PPV is for older fans. Who do older fans care about? That's the question. Young fans watch GIFs the next day on reddit.

having watched some of the recent PPVs in bars, I'd say Cyborg and Khabib have the most potential. By a wide margin, those two had the people most engaged with the fight (other than Jones/DC)... lots of involuntary "oh shit!" from both the hadcore people who train and the 'casuals' who happened to be there in the bar for other reasons

I think that Khabib-Tony is going to be Khabib's star making fight, and then he's got McGregor in Russia. The UFC will pay McGregor's price for a Khabib win/win proposition. Both guys are popular in Russia and it opens a huge market (Maybe they sign Minakov and have him clean out the HW division), and if Khabib wins, he's the biggest star in the company, if Conor wins, he's even more of a legend. Conor-Khabib after all the talking, and style vs style hype will break the Conor-Nate 2 PPV record.
